These Terms govern your use of Backgammon Clash. By installing or playing, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Backgammon Clash. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.
You may play as a guest or sign in with a supported social provider. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account, sell it, transfer it, or use another person's account without their permission.
Backgammon Clash is a competitive game. You agree not to: use an external engine, solver, bot, or any other software to choose your moves or cube decisions; exploit bugs to inflate score, currency, or rewards; harass, threaten, or impersonate other players; or attempt to disrupt the service. The in-game best-move purchase is the only engine assistance permitted, and both players are told when it is used. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal from leaderboards, and forfeiture of in-game items.
Energy, Coins, and Gems are virtual items licensed to you for use within the app. They have no real-world value, are non-refundable except where required by law (or by the policies of the app store you purchased from), and cannot be transferred outside the game. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, balance, and availability of virtual items.
Real-money purchases are processed by your device's official app store. Purchase receipts are verified server-side; in case of a refund, we may revoke the items you received. For purchase support please first use the app store you bought from, then reach us through Contact Us.
Backgammon Clash shows ads, including rewarded ads that grant in-game items when you choose to watch them. Ads are delivered through Google AdMob, and we request non-personalized ads from it on both platforms. On iOS we do not request tracking permission, so your advertising identifier is zeroed. On Android your device advertising ID is sent with ad requests; you can reset or limit this at any time in your device settings.
When you send a direct message or contact our support team, the text you provide is processed by our servers. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
We may suspend or terminate access to Backgammon Clash at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings.
Backgammon Clash is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case the law of your jurisdiction controls.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We will update the "Last updated" date above when these Terms change materially. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app at next launch. Continued use indicates acceptance.
