Delete your Backgammon Clash account

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Open Backgammon Clash.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email app@algotery.com from the email address on your account (or include your in-app username) with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll process the request and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: username, display name, avatar, and language.
• Game data: match and game history, scores, stats, and leaderboard entries.
• Social data: friends, friend requests, challenges, and your messages.
• In-game balances (energy, coins, gems) and any cosmetic items.
• Device and push-notification tokens linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of in-app purchases / transactions may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Crash diagnostics that are not linked to your identity may be retained by our diagnostics provider per its standard retention.

Timeframe

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Associated personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days and purged from backups within 90 days.
